Agreement
By using this website or engaging DigiiWeb ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
We provide web design and development services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are documented in a separate project quote or agreement for each engagement.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms (pay in full, deposit, or installments) are agreed before work begins. Work begins after the first payment is received.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds during the design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, agreed in advance.
Ownership
Once final payment is received, you own the final website, content you provided, and any custom design produced for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.
Third-Party Tools
Your website may rely on third-party services (hosting, domains, booking, payments). You are responsible for any fees charged directly by those providers.
Liability
Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our work.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Work completed up to the termination date is billable.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.
